Vintage 1971 Fender Precision Bass Guitar

This jewel is PRIMED for refin and a custom color for sure!! Or…. It looks pretty badass just the way it sits!! Up to you guys and gals! This is a 71 all original P-Bass minus the striped finish and two 70’s swapped CTS pots (1-1978/ 1-1974). Pickguard has numerous extra holes as well as the body. Looks like some larger screws were added at one point. It had the thumb rest relocated and a strap knob added to the face of the headstock (see pics). All and all this thing is soooo killer just the way it sits!! You can see the original Sunburst finish around the pickups under the guard as well as the neck pocket. Again, if it doesn’t sale this go around…. I’m thinking either Inca Silver or maybe Sherwood Green!! The neck is killer…. Very fat and round but not wide.. feels amazing. IT WILL NEED a new nut or work done to existing. It has original hardshell case included. I can send more pics if you ask a question.. uploaded all they allow currently. This is a Smoke’n bass for someone to take to the next level or let her ride just the way it is!! Don’t forget this Jewel turned 50 years old this year!! Thanks for the interest.
