Used Reva RI-2400 Long Arm Police Flashlight with Accessories Set. The unit works as bulb turned on very dim since we cant charge the 2 batteries because charger needs repair or replacement. We cannot verify whether batteries hold charge or are good since we cant charge them. Flashlight itself in good working condition. Thanks
