No rubber ring currently.

    Lovely TORY Brown English flat leather standing martingale! Nice martingale, made by TORY. Supple, thick and lovely leather. No size stamp but measures to be approximately full size based on measurements. Neck strap adjusts between 48” and 52”. Standing martingale loop end to lower loop end of girth strap adjusts between approx. 48” and 58”. Brown in color, matched stitching.
